Dear Rose,
I am an athlete and there is a woman that I train with on a daily basis. The trainer is my boyfriend. This woman has been oogling him since before I even met him and now that we have been dating for the past two years she is always trying to show her affection for him and convince him that she deserves a chance with him. When I came to learn this I approched her and requested that she stop. I was respectful and humble in my request, and I also made it clear thatI was standing my ground. She has taken much offence to my action and she is denying all of her attempts. Now she is going to the lengths of calling me on a regular basis with sarcastic and rude comments or leaving me text messages on my phone with warnings. She has made training a very hostile and aggresive an my nerves are always tied up. I feel sick to my stomach before training every day, and it’s also making things difficult in my relationship. The stress is starting to effct me in many ways. I try to meditate on making myself stronger and ignoring her ways but she is being hurtful and vengful now. How can I make her go away? How can I make her stop? How can I nullify her negativity. Should I just do the “protection from enemies” spell that I found on your site?

Dear Rose,
I have asked a question before and was told to ask again if i had no response due to the fact that you were very busy. I understand that and therefore didn’t ask again simply because the situation had lightend. I am afriad now that things have grown increaseingly worse. My boyfriend is incarcerated for a crime he didn’t committ. Prison is taking a toll on him and fast. His eating habits are poor, he has a tremendous lack of sleep as well as a lack of motivation to get out of bed. Not only that but inmates have become aware of his reasons for being there and he now has people who want to beat him up, shank him and possibly more of that I’m not sure. I pray and meditate for him all the time but it doesn’t seem to be enough. I don’t know what else to do. Since he’s in there and I’m out here I belive magick is the only way to help him but how. I’m still a beginer although I’ve been a beliver for 4 years I havent had access to any proper “study time”. I’m not sure that it would be right for me to cast a ture spell so early in studies. What else is there for me to do, if anything.

my question was regarding wiccan, and spirtualitly. is it a religious symbol in any way to have long black hair? i mean does it have significant value in any way pretaining to those religions or any other religion. besides it being a personal choice, from a religious stand point would it be something that could be put into religious prespective. my delema is that i have choosen to grow my hair long as as a means of seperation. my work place is basically forcing me to cut it and i dont want to. as of now i follow the spiritual path with wiccan beliefs and practices. i do consider myself a wiccan spiritualist, sounds crazy but thats what i consider myself. so based on that is there any religious grounds that says they cant make me cut my hair?
