For seven consecutive mornings, soak one paper in the oil. Tear the paper into five pieces. Add the pieces to frankincense and myrrh resin and burn all of it.  
As you repeat this daily, the power of this person over you decreases steadily.

As you can see, there are so many spells and variations of spells that may be used to get rid of unwanted interest. Just remember that nothing we do should hurt the other person.
