Help Rose, i think i might be psychic. I see things in my head then I usually happens the next day or so. I have a very good memories of things at the age of 1, and they’re very vivid. I need your help, help me understand. Am I psychic? Am I evil because I’m psychic? Thanks For Your Time! Kacee

Oh, Kacee…Yes, it appears that you have psychic tendencies.  And NO, you are not evil because you are psychic!  Even the Christian Bible has many instances of psychic phenomenon given to ordinary people to effect extraordinary results.  (”Your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.”)  I honestly hate it when religions twist gifts to make a good gift appear evil.  I cannot help but think that there is some jealousy involved in that, too — they seem to think, “I’m “godly”, and not psychic…therefore anyone psychic is evil.”  Ugh!!

While I am not reliably psychic, there have been a few rare instances where I have had this “gift” given to me…and it can be terrifying.  My psychic instances usually take the form of dreams…dreams whose images persist strongly even after waking.  I don’t know what events pull you most strongly, but the ones which pull me are disasters with mass casualties.  I would pray that yours are milder!

Whatever your religion, whatever your Deity(ies), you may need to sit back and decide if you wish to try to make the most of this gift.  Personally, I believe that it is a gift which may be honed and developed through practice.  If you decide to do so, there are many excellent books on the market to help you.  Two of the most popular are “Psychic Development for Beginners:  An Easy Guide to Releasing and Developing Your Psychic Abilities” by Bill Hewitt, and “Awakening Your Psychic Powers:  Open Your Mind and Control Your Psychic Intuition Today” by Henry Reed and Charles Thomas Cayce (one of the Edgar Cayce guides.) 

Ultimately, it is up to you whether you wish to develop or suppress this psychic ability.  There is no shame or censure in choosing either way.  But either way?  It is not evil.
