I have always known that I have a very strong energy but was brainwashed into thinking that if I ever used this energy I would go to hell.? Finally when I was about 15 I couldn’t take the hardships of my home life or the visions, dreams and entities that were trying to contact me.? Spirits have always tried to contact me but I shut them out because I do not know who or what is safe or how to communicate with them without opening doors that should not be open.? Please help me.? Hi tiffany I used to see spirits all the time when I was younger, but when I became pregnant with my first child I was staying in a loft apartment. A spirit had a tendency to come up the stairs and peer at me. I became concerned about how it was affecting the baby–I was young and didn’t know that it couldn’t–and asked out loud that the spirits go away and stop contacting me, for the baby’s sake. I never saw any again until I was in my late forties. By this time my kids were grown and I was ready to resume my ’spiritual’ life. Start with fairies. In the early morning while there is still dew on the ground, set out a small bowl of sugar or honey and say out loud that it is a gift for the fairy folk who live in the garden. Sit quietly way from the bowl where you will not disturb them, and watch. With a little practice, you should be able to communicate in a few months. We don’t shut off that side of our minds without reason, and we need to practice to get it back.
