Hello dear, Sometimes your can predict what is going to happen before it does? Cool. Could you send me the lottery numbers? All kidding aside, this is a very common talent that people don’t use often enough. When we are dreaming or simply not thinking about things, our subconcious mind sometimes processes the information that we have gathered. Sometime we notice things that we aren’t even aware we noticed, like picking up on someone’s body language. Perhaps you knew before it happened that a boy was going to ask out you or your best friend. This happens when we notice things that our conscious mind can’t process and then we figure it out while we sleep. The hard part is learning to recognize when those flashes of insight are real and when they are nothing more than wishful thinking. Pay close attention to your dreams (especially the ones that seem very real) and keep a dream journal. Take notes when something you dreamed or thought about before comes true. The important part is to be very honest with yourself and not just say “Oh I knew that was going to happen.” Look at your dream journal and prove it to yourself. As you prove to yourself that you really did know that was going to happen, you will have more confidence in yourself and your dreams and can better follow their advice.
