If i am a wiccan, can i smoke cigarettes?

You mean is there a doctrine as to nicotine? No, in fact, most of the wiccans I know smoke, but I assume there are just as many who don’t. Wiccans don’t believe that there is an all powerful god up there with a ruler, getting ready to smite us if we do something ‘bad” so as a result, there are no real ‘doctrines ‘ of any kind, other than Do No Harm and Whatever You Send Out Comes Back Threefold.
