I am just learning the Wiccan ways and want to know if my spells will work so soon and can I help someone special with his anxiety?

Just spending time with some one special will help with his anxiety. Has he given you permission to work calming spells on him? You need permission of the person to do them, and they work much faster if he believes they will. You need to KNOW your spells work if you are going to practice wicca. Needing validation for them indicates that you have reservations as to your abilities
