Can you be a witch when you are 10??

Merry Meet Seeker,
We are born witches. No one has to “become” a witch because we already are. A witch is an individual who uses the powers of their spirit to create and direct their future. A witch can, with her thoughts, direct the path of her life. Although you are only ten years old, you may be able to read books on “wicca” if you can get hold of them.
It may be a good idea to talk to your parents about the different religions in the world first. After discussing the biggest religions, you may bring attention to the smaller but the largest growing religion in USA (where the people are free and can think for themselve without fear of a priest or Imam)
Freedom of religion is one of the most important of rights all over the world. Unfortunately, the world has been so twisted around by religious enthusiasts that no one really knows much about the world or who runs it anymore. Religion is a very volatile subject to many because it deals with God who is believed to be most powerful. Of course all religions lead to the same goal – God. However the path they take may be one of gentleness and peace or that of attack and blood shed.
Wicca is a peaceful religion. It has no plans to attack any other religion (as some of the other religions do) and Wiccan practitioners are very peaceful and happy. They don’t have to go to church or a mosque and they can stay home all week and pray to God at home. Most wiccans love nature and will do everything in thier power to raise, heal and take care of plants, trees and the rest of Planet Earth.
If your parents are against Wicca religion for any reason and you still wish to be part of this beautiful, peaceful religion, you can do so when you are an adult. In most countries, when you become an adult, usually at the age of 18 or 20, you can choose any religion to belong to.
For now, try to read all you can about Wicca (Amazon has a lot of good Wicca books) and try to educate yourself on how to strengthen your mind and spirit. It is very important in Wicca to have a good, positive mind and to work on caring for the environment while helping others with their problems.
