Just wanted to comment a bit on your question…I note that if anything you mentioned wanting to be a witch to cast spells. I’ll say up front, you don’t have to be a witch to cast spells. Rose explained being a witch excellently and I will add that it can take years. I personally studied for about three years before becoming a 1st degree witch. Like Rose, I too am Wiccan. It’s a belief system,a way of life. It’s been about 5 years down the road now and I’m still learning, especially about myself. I can tell you this Heather..it begins there within you. Books can be FYI and a good start but ultimately the magick (with a ‘K’)is right there inside of you. If you can remember being a child and pretending and making believe it will be a beginning. It’s that innocence that is lost and corrupted in adulthood that you must recover. Thereafter…be still in your mind and steady in your heart…and listen.Be at peace and quiet in your mind..and listen. Rose, I need the name of a excellent wiccan school. There are many things I need to learn about myself (karma is knocking on my door). My daughter was killed instantly in an auto accident a year and a half ago. My wife is leaving me for another man and I consided doing away with myself on one occasion. Today, I sent $295.00 (borrowed money) to a Wiccan women to bring my wife home, get rid of the man she is with and to create an safe and loving environment so we can work on our marriage (before the divorce papers go through). I know that I will need to be on going in my spell binding to attract the very best karma for myself and my family. That means I need to learn the Wiccan Way.
