If you think that your ex-boyfriend cast a spell to make you gain weight, work a spell to remove the hex and also do a self protection spell so that no one will hurt you again. Only after working the two spells above will the spell for losing weight work. So here is the spell for losing weight. Gather the following items before the spell. Get some commanding oil or make it yourself by powdering calamus and licorice together and mixing it with a blend of castor oil and jojoba oil. To make it more potent, add essential oil of bergamot and vetiver. Set this aside. Make or buy a naked human figure candle to repesent you. Or get a huge candle and using a dull knife, carve a human figure on it. Approximate shape is okay. With a pin, scratch into the wax and make a line that shows where you need to lose weight (or gain weight) etc. Adjust the shape to your desire. Now dress the candle with a Commanding oil and charge it with your goals such as losing weight in certain areas. Be specific.
