Is it possible to awakening to new Ppowers? When I became a Wiccan, the most unusal things started to happen. Such as: I could tell certain things/events were happening when I would merely look at the weather. I would have a dream every night, and the events in them would happen the very next day. I could hear some of other’s thoughts (not on purpose). And hearing bells, chimes, and always this faint voice calling my name. My question is, did becoming Wiccan awaken all of those gifts? Is it like that for everyone becoming Wiccan (awakening “powers”)? -Kisha

Many people who are active in Wicca and witchcraft believe that we once all had access to psychic abilities, but through fear and misuse they were lost over time. And many people come to Wicca and witchcraft hoping to reunite their souls with the lost powers, but few are actually able to make that connection.Â
It takes a confidence in your own soul and a great inner peace to be able to accept these gifts and use them wisely. And, the short answer is no, not everyone is gifted with them upon joining the Wiccan faith.
Receiving those kinds of gifts usually requires a great deal of centering and meditating to ground oneself and find your connection to the psychic energy. To have all of these gifts manifest shortly after you found Wicca may indicate that your soul was already more closely tied tot eh psychic plane than others, that you were lucky enough not to have wandered so far intot he scientifitic world that you lost touch witht he spiritual realms.
Or it may mean that the Goddess ahs a special calling for you and that you will need these gifts to fulfill the role that the Universe has chsoen for you. Whatever the reason for your rapid development of these gifts, it is important that you meditate and ground yourself regularly to keep them active and useful.

I am psychic, and am confused and scared of it. I can tell people things about themselves such as their birthdays, including month and year, as well as the names of their family members and these are complete strangers. There are many other things I can do as well. I feel alone and like a freak. I have a strong draw to the wiccan. Will I be able to receive some help controlling this, and are there other wiccans who have needed similar help ?

I’ve been having serious issues with active abilities. When I was in my teens or early twenties I somehow did ‘impossible’ things, apparently… Recently, for the first time in over a decade, I can actually project energy to others again, I just have no control or ideas about this stuff! hi, im not a wiccan, and dont know much about it other than what i have been told. but i do have some questions about it.

Anyway i have some questions i would like to ask you, if you have the answers that would help me out alot. I knew a girl i went to school with about three years ago whose entire family practiced witchcraft, i asked her about something she called “mind walkers” she explained to me that a “mind Walker” was someone who could basically wonder in others minds.
Example, one could tap into anothers dreams and thoughts, and in some cases force there own thoughts upon others. she made it very clear that this power was frowned upon if not forbidden (because it is a massive invasion of privacy) and not all people can do it. She also made it clear that if not taught to control the power it will destroy the user and the user will be lost in the blackness. anyway the reason i asked this question of her and you because i seem to have these powers and im trying to explore it more, and also i was wondering if this is possible and a belief in the wiccan faith.

I am lost, I have been praticing for many years now. I have lost my gifts for close to six years now. I have come to a time in my life and now trying to regain my gifts, can anyone guide me in advice to help my journey?

Ok I just started getting into this stuff, i have always been interested in it but never botherd. Ever since i stated i have rememberd all my dreams and recorded them. I always seem to have the dame thing happen, always searching for someone or something.
