im i a witch or what is happening to me i can think about how i want it to rain and it takes a while and then it dose but the wind comes really fast so when im mad the wind will blow realy hard and its scary to me how do i fix myself .??

Greetings! Isn’t it amazing how quickly our thoughts create? Yes, it can be alarming too. As our thoughts change, so will everything around us. If we are powerful enough, we can create tornadoes with our creativity. So our first responsibility is to calm our mind and train it to think clearly. The best way to calm our mind is to learn meditation and yoga. If you practice yoga for 30 minutes and then meditation for another 15 minutes daily, your mind will remain calm even when others panick. Studies have shown that long, deep breathing techniques of yoga encourages and allows relaxation and healing to occur. Yoga practitioners perform practices breathing meditations called pranayama, which stimulates parasympathetic nervous system. This in turn calms our mind. Similarly, Meditation is a technique by which we train the mind to visit deeper layers of consciousness. As we learn to ignore all external stimuli and go inwards into the deep recesses of our mind, we learn to control our thoughts and to make them more productive. By gradually training our mind to be unaffected by external disturbances, we stop creating external disturbances or adding to their ferocity. You will start to notice that everything around you, the trees, the animals and birds, the flowers, etc. are happy and calm when you are around. When the wind blows with force, just look at the direction it came from and chant “Be Calm, Be Calm, Be Calm’.. and soon you will see that nature has settled down too.
