Im a newbie to this only been doing it a year and would really like your help so if you would teach how to lucid dream i would be very thankful.

Beginning lucid dreaming is easy, and there are many good books on the subject through amazon.com, just search “lucid dreaming.” But always go to bed a little hungry, keep a notebook next to you so you can write down your dreams as soon as you wake up, and don’t take any alcohol or drugs before retiring.
