My neighbor is literally the neighbor from hell. I know this for a fact because I use to be her friend, and watched her start trouble with one neighbor after another.( she has even been arrested twice). She does things to anger someone, and then argues and fights with them. One time she hit a neighbor girl with her car door. I told her time and time again to stop, and that what she was doing to people wasn’t right. Finally I talked her into calming down, and stop all the harassment of our neighbors. She was ok for about 6 months. Until the end of May, beginning of June 2007. She met an old boyfriend and restarted their relationship. He moved in with her within a month. Thats when she told me she didnt want to be friends anymore. at first I was hurt, and couldn’t understand why. Slowly, she started to do to me, what she did to the other neighbors last year. I know what she is capable of doing and how mean and horrible she is. How can I get her to stop and leave me alone. I get along great with all the other neighbors on this street. All I want is to get along, and live in peace. She has already moved my survey marker, and the police have been here for that. Is there a spell I can use to stop her from causing me more trouble and grief? A spell for protection for me, my family, my possessions, my home and property? I’m scared, and desperate for help. Hello, Ruthann.  I’m sorry you’re living with a neighbor from the nether regions; we all can sympathize with your plight!  Although there are many spells which immediately come to mind, you and your neighbors would be far better served by contacting the local authorities.  The type of harassment you are describing is illegal, and much of the behaviour she is exhibiting can be classified as assault, if not stalking. 

My suggestion would be to document each verbal and physical threat, and to encourage your neighbors to do the same.  You should not have to be “scared” in your own home!  Each time there is even a veiled reference to physical violence or property damage, make a note.  Then all of you can present a united front.  Hitting a neighbor girl with a car door…how heinous!!  This woman is a piece of work. 

If you are of the Wiccan Faith, then you know that there are many fine protections spells out there which you can cast over yourself, your family, and your home.  Yes, there are also many Banishing spells…but many use phrasing which, for me, would be contrary to the Rede and the Rule of Three.  I would not like a souring of life and affairs to return to me three-fold, and therefore would not cast…even if I believed that the recipient deserved it! 

While I realize that it would feel very satisfying to cast a spell and see this woman and her wicked ways served with justice, sometimes it is just better to go with mundane means instead of magickal.
