So your best bet may be to join a group of Wicca practitioners. This group is usually called a “coven”. Covens exist in many countries around the world. These covens have their own governing rules and practices. There may be a High Priest and a high Priestess who initiate newcomers to the practice. They will be able to teach you how to practice the art and science of Wiccan Magick. Covens also have regular meetings in which they initiate new witches and celebrate sabbats or other holidays. When you find a coven near you in the above website, you can contact them and see if it is possible for you to join them. If you cannot find a coven near you, then you can get the book: Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner (Paperback) by Scott Cunningham (Author) This book details the self-initiation process that you will need to perform to become a witch and also gives information on the other aspects of the Wicca religion.
