I love a guy called Reda Mazzawi who was born on May 30 1974 and my name is Lana Zagha, born Oct 8 1973

We are both born in Amman Jordan, middle east.

We recently fought because he often doesn’t contact me for ages which is hurtful; i feel ignored. Since then three weks ago he has not contacted me. Will he ever contact me again or is it hopeless? I really love him.

Dear Lana,

If Reda is hurting you with his behavior, I would suggest it is better for you not to expect the relationship to continue. I know that it is hard when we love someone to realize that they are bad for us, but if you just fought with him about it and he still ignored you for three weeks, it was probably not meant to be.

Make certain that you do what is best for you, no matter how difficult it might initially be. That may mean trying to move on and get past the pain it causes. It may also mean that you have to be patient.  Sometimes, men can be slower to realize their feelings, but if you have discussed your feelings and he is still treating you the same way, then your relationship is probably already over.

Don’t make the mistake of waiting for him to make things better. Begin to prepare yourself for a better, stronger love and then wait for that to come to you. I know that waiting for a better love to come to you can be difficult, but have faith that the universe will give you what you need to make it through and will give you a person to love who will not treat you so bad. When the next love comes to you, you want to be open and ready for it.
