Can you help me tune in to my dreams?

“i have been haveing these dreams for as long as i can remember its like i know them but when i wake up i cant remember them then i live them like i have done them before its sometimes funny and sometimes it scary. i knew before my husband and my mother had there affair i told them about it they did not listen then it happened. i have always wondered about these things if you can help me tune my dreams that would be great!”

The world would be a better place if more of us paid attention to our dreams and acted on the warnings they give us. Unfortunately, too often, the dream is forgotten or dismissed until it is too late.

Here’s how you can avoid that problem.

First, before you go to sleep each night, tell yourself that you are going to remember your dreams. This is a simple way to prepare our minds to remember the things we want to remember.

Next, place a small notebook, pencil and flashlight near the bed. Sometimes, our most important dreams are the ones that wake us from a sound sleep in the middle of the night. If you wake up thinking about a dream you just had, instead of rolling over and going back to sleep to try to get back into the dream, take a minute and write down the high points of the dream. In the morning, you can read back through your dream log and try to interpret what it means.

When you first start keeping track of your dreams, you can read through them to try to understand their meaning, but it’s okay to be stumped. As you keep track of your dreams and pay attention to them, your mind will place more importance on them and you will be able to interpret them more easily.

Good luck!

I dream of this white light coming from the hallway into my room and I can’t wake up and nobody else can wake me up but out of nowhere I rise up screaming and running with sweat. This has been going on for years. Is there anyway that you could advise me.

Sometimes I dreamed of real events that happened a few weeks after the dreams. They were often about something that caused me to feel a strong emotion. The thing is those dreams were never complete, but more like seeing a few images or a short clip passing by during another dream, which at the time I couldn’t make any sense out of it. It’s driving me crazy. And it couldn’t have been my imagination, as last time I dreamed of receiving a gift from my mother’s friend even though it was not any special occasion. In the dream, I saw only a flash of the gift and heard the voice of my mother as she handed it to me. A few weeks later, the same scene happened, with my mother saying the same lines. Please give me some advice on what this mean? Is it normal to experience these things?

rose, i had a dream the other night, a dream of levitation. I felt an electric charge running from fingers to toes. I awoke scared, and with a feeling that this dream had great significance. I do not understand what it all means, any thoughts?
